Key Team Members

Bridget DiRico Chief Executive Officer	A co-founder of 360 Business Consulting, Bridget became CEO in February of 2008. Bridget’s experience in public relations, marketing and project management includes time with one of Southern California’s premier independent advertising agencies. While at the agency, she developed campaigns for business-to-business and consumer clients. Bridget’s expertise also includes writing, producing and hosting video productions. Following her agency career, Bridget joined the world’s largest franchise printing brand, Sir Speedy. While at Sir Speedy, she led the redesign of the company’s public relations program for the corporation and their franchise brands. As a vice president, she also managed all branding, marketing and communications programs and worked closely with franchisees to implement programs that increased sales. Bridget’s experience working on targeted programs with entrepreneurs, now benefits the customers and clients that 360 serves.
Elizabeth Hernandez Director of Client Services	Elizabeth Hernandez is responsible for the fiscal health of 360 Business Consulting. As Director of Client Services, she oversees all aspects of the company’s strategic direction for client programs and ensure that daily implementation is generating successful results. Elizabeth has a Master’s degree from the Cal State, Fullerton, but the greatest skill she brings to the company is her ability to understand business and the importance of providing attention to detail, quick response time and return on investment. Elizabeth’s input and management skills will ensure that we continue to provide a high-level of service, quality and success to our clients.
Nancy Gonzalez Operations Manager	Nancy Gonzalez is a Operations Manager for 360 Business Consulting, and is responsible for managing the day-to-day successful implementation of the company’s client marketing programs. Nancy began her career with 360 as a marketing coordinator for the company’s four sales offices. Prior to 360, Nancy spent seven years in customer service, sales and event planning for leading insurance and retail companies. It’s this experience that makes her a valuable contributor to 360’s company focus of building long-term and successful customer relationships. In fact, Nancy’s favorite aspect of working at 360 is her daily interaction with clients and managing the marketing programs that bring them success above their expectations. Born in Chicago, Nancy was raised and currently resides in Los Angeles.
David Hofstede Senior Editor	As the Senior Editor for 360 Business Consulting, David Hofstede heads the company’s writing staff, and oversees a wide range of writing ventures. Prior to joining the company on a full-time basis, David worked with 360 for two years on a variety of special projects. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Communications, David previously worked for several large corporations, and contributed feature articles to prominent national magazines. As an author, he has written or contributed to 17 books on travel, sports and popular culture. A native of Skokie, Illinois, David moved to Las Vegas in 1982. He currently resides in Henderson, Nevada.
Bill Tanner SEO Director	Bill Tanner joined 360 Business Consulting in February of 2006. A veteran of the United States Navy, Bill has more than 30 years of problem-solving experience in various computer disciplines. As 360’s SEO Operations Manager, Bill manages the company’s IT day-to-day operations and Search Engine Optimization efforts. He performs all SEO analysis, planning and site corrections for 360’s clients. Bill attended Southern Illinois University, and now lives in Los Angeles, California. Prior to joining 360 Business Consulting, Bill worked as a Project Manager for a software developer, and managed several key client relationships including Intel and RealNetworks.
Ron Zayas Co-founder	After spending 10 years as the senior vice president and chief marketing officer for the world’s largest franchisor of printing and small business services, Franchise Services, Inc., Ron brings expertise in marketing, advertising and ecommerce strategies. While at FSI, Ron oversaw the development of the company’s national advertising campaigns, marketing implementation and industry-leading websites and ecommerce infrastructure. His ability to utilize leading-edge technology to accomplish solid marketing objectives helped grow the company and allowed it to venture into new products and service offerings. Prior to his time at FSI, Ron served as Vice President of a leading computer peripheral manufacturer, again using his experience to increase revenues by targeting niche markets and maximizing resources. In addition to his experience in the corporate environment, Ron also founded one of the nation’s first digital graphics company, Expressions Unlimited. The company pioneered the conversion of typesetters and color separators to Macintosh-based systems.
