that allows attendees to register for the meeting, select the events
they wish to attend, reserve a hotel room and even select special
meals. Once registered, each attendee receives a confirmation, and
the information is saved for future meetings, making repeat registrations
even easier.
“Using the system, I can provide my clients
instant access on who is attending, how many rooms we need, and
our exact food and beverage requirements,” said Crystal Clark,
a Hamilton Group meeting manager.
The system can be scaled and customized for other
clients quickly, and historical information can also be used to
market future events, allowing for personalized direct mail or email
campaigns to an organization’s client base.
“The remarkable part of the system,”
Russell explains, “is how economical and easy it was to set
up. Including time for customer changes and feedback, we were up
and running in less than two weeks, and the cost was affordable
for a small business like mine. Now we have a tool we can offer
all of our clients that even larger organizations struggle to offer.”
